    Leadership Fundamentals Program

    This intensive, fun and rewarding three-stage program is designed to unlock confident, adaptable leaders, helping them to develop practical, real-world leadership skills. Covering off topics including leadership foundations, self-awareness, situational leadership, communication skills, coaching, employee engagement and performance management.

    Team Building

    We're about building positive team bonds; fostering unity, cooperation and trust and understanding and overcoming challenges as a group. Teams will utilise peer support and various communication and problem-solving skills to enhance business success. These fun and active workshops are customised to your team’s goals and include more hands-on equine activities for maximum engagement.

    Conflict Resolution & De-escalation

    This program is all about understanding conflict and emotions. Topics include de-escalation strategies; Conflict resolution steps; effective communication phrases. Our goal is to equip teams with practical strategies to handle tense situations calmly and professionally. These workshops are a mix of interactive theory session and equine exercises to practice emotional regulation and communication.

  • 04.

    Customer Service Fundamentals

    This workshop is all about Employee and customer engagement; developing core communication strategies; handling difficult customers; understanding today’s evolving customer needs. This fun and interactive workshop is designed to build confidence in frontline staff to deliver exceptional, empathetic service. This workshop is a mix of both classroom (theory) followed by a range of activities with the horses in the arena to reinforce learning strategies.
